Custom/Personalized orders are NOT refundable. We do want you to be happy , so please contact us if you have any concerns about your purchase. We will replace item if there is damage due to shipping and handling. We will ask for pictures and the original item to be returned in new and unused condition before we will mail out a replacement item.
